Crack Canyon is not so well known as many of the other canyons and is tucked away behind Goblin Valley which lies north of Hanksville on the 24 in Utah. The road is a bit rough in places but drivable. I spent a couple of hours photographing the unusual rock formations before heading North to Green River and then east into Colorado on interstate 70 and a night stop in Fruita - my last stop before heading back to Denver and home. Broke the journey on the way to Denver with a quick visit to Aspen but the weather was really bad and all the colour had gone from the trees so hardly took a picture - great shame.
