The images below were all taken with the Minolta Dimage 7.
Some images are taken with just the lens in macro mode, some with the addition of a supplimentary close-up lens and some with a converter attached to the lens.

On the left is the Macro shot without the +10 CU lens with flash.
On the right is with the +10 CU lens. There is some loss of resolution and depth of field is minimal but quite a lot of magnification.
